Pricing
Quotes provided by us are based on an averaged sized room.
For carpet cleaning and stain removal quotes that are provided by phone, any figure provided is an estimation until we’re able to conduct a physical inspection. Our prices are subject to change if the carpet or the area requiring cleaning necessitates more work. We will determine this upon inspection.
Payment
All payments made with a Visa or Mastercard will incur a 1.5% and transaction fee (2% for American Express).
In the situation where we do not receive payment by the payment deadline, Misha Carpet Cleaning may charge an Administration Fee. This will include all costs relating to debt recovery.
Cancellation Fees & Surcharges
It’s possible for our customers to reschedule an appointment via email, post or phone call.
If a customer needs to cancel or re-schedule, 24 hours notice must be provided for there to be no fee. If 24 hours notice isn’t provided, Misha Carpet Cleaning will charge a fee.
The customer is responsible for making sure parking is available for our staff. If parking must be paid for, this will be at the cost of the customer. A surcharge may be charged if no parking is available nearby. An apartment surcharge may also apply for apartment buildings.
Access
We must be granted access to the property in order to provide our services. If the customer is unable to be present during the appointment, they must provide us with keys for access.
Electricity and running water must be available at the property in order for services to be performed.
Claims & Complaints
We will not consider any refund claims after services have been performed and we have left the property. Any complaints must notify us within 14 days’ time.
Misha Carpet Cleaning cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed upon cleaning or refinishing. Stains derived from caustics, acids, and permanent dyes may be permanent stains that cannot be removed. Further, Misha Carpet Cleaning cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection.
The customer must allow us to re-inspect or re-clean any inadequate work prior to arranging for a third party to provide services.
If it’s proven that we’ve caused any damage and we’re told within 24 hours, we will attempt to fix the item. If we are not able to repair the item, we will provide compensation equal to the item’s monetary value.
Customers should safely put away all valuable items while we’re providing our services.
We recommend that customers avoid placing furniture on wet or damp carpets. Misha Carpet Cleaning will not be held responsible if any damage is caused by this.
We will not be held liable if existing damage cannot be cleaned or repaired by our staff. Our staff may take photos of pre-existing damage.
Our staff are fully insured and covered.
